Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Great Product, Even Better Service
I purchased this room divider to ease the introduction of our guests' cat with my cat. We used the 3-panel version to block off the upstairs hall so that the cat had access to three bedrooms and a bath on one end of the house, while our cat could continue to access the master bedroom and the rest of the house. It worked well as they became accustomed to one another, and we were able to move it after just a few days. Now I'm using it to add privacy to my bedroom - I can leave my door ajar so my cat can come and go, while still blocking the view from anyone passing by. But more than the product, I love this company because of their excellent customer service!! Someone answered my email question immediately, and delivered the screen within 2 days of my order. I am recommending roomdividers.com to everyone I know!

Love this
I ordered this room divider with five panels for my sister. She is in college and shares an apartment with several other students. Since her bedroom is really meant to be a living room, she wanted to create a privacy wall for herself and this room divider has been perfect for her needs. She is looking forward to painting and decorating it also. We are both very pleased with the quality of the item and the fact that it is easy for one person to lift and move on their own. Delivery took about a day or two which was fantastic. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

Cat guard
We bought the dividerto create a lightweight barrier between the kitchen and laundry room to keep our two 16 year old cats trapped in a small space at night or when we are not at home for long periods of time. They are having cat litter box trouble and we want them limited in space and the divider provides a temporary guard. Later, my artist niece will paint a nice scene on the canvas for our screened porch. The divider does exactly what we need in a lightweight product.

Great!
This is a sturdy, well-made divider that is doing just as I wanted it to, which is keep the morning sun out of my studio. It is light enough to set up every morning and remove when the sun is gone, then set it back up again. Couldn't have asked for anything more perfect for the job!
