Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

fast delivery
Receivded this item in record breaking time, arrived in great condition and it is beautiful. I already had one , but needed another one too complete my window covering. both hang from the ceiling to cover the middle of my large window sides have black drapes. looks great.

Tall trees is more than a divider, it's a painting.
I had been looking for a divider and almost settled for one in local store. I decided to search the web and discovered your site. Your selection is incredible. I'm using the tall trees divider in a room with a couple of tall cactus plants and also a small palm tree. It's amazing how the divider, with it's black and white contrast, works well with the plants and adds so much to the area.

i ordered two, and I LOVE them. Delivery was on time, and the boxes are lightweight and easy to handle. Thay're well-packaged, and the quality of the screens is better than I'd expected. With basic care, I expect tney wil lat for years, and I was particularly pleased with the "coating" of the fabric. It makes the screens washable! Most surprising,though, is that they are so downright pretty that I have opted to ignore theb"folds" and have set them, end to end, flat against a wall and secured with removable artists putty. They make a gorgeous, huge, artistic backdrop of art.
