Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Clean and elegant
I needed a room divider for when our pre-teen grandchildren visit our small condo. They have to share a room on futons...This was a clean, elegant way to give them privacy. Plus it doesn't block the light from the windows.

Elegant and functional
I bought this for my son’s small road facing apartment so that he could create a small area next to the window to keep his plants and bicycle while keeping the blinds open and keeping privacy. It works perfectly! Very light, but well made and so reasonably priced. Thank you!

Looks even better then photograph ! Have 5foot 4 screen divider that arrived on time and well protected. This is well made - front and back- wanted something modern with japanese esthetic ...perfect for separating gym / office space plus gives me privacy...and is very beautiful....

Quality screen
This screen is exactly what we were looking for. It is well made with quality hinges and wood. Lightweight enough to move around easily but it is sturdy. The paper screening is really nice as well. I would definitely order another of these. Shipped quickly.

Love the simplicity and lightness of this Shoji Screen

Excellent Quality
I purchased two screens from this company. Both came in large boxes that protected the screen shipping well. Both screens were exactly what I expected. True to color, texture, size, form and weight. They both were very well made and add a perfect room divide for what I needed. I love how the light goes through the Japanese paper panals. Traditional Japanese beauty and esthetics.

Double Cross Shoji Screen

just what we needed
This screen is between our grand piano and a sunny window. It is perfect and looks nice in our living room where we didn't want anything very intrusive. The quality is great. Also, the packing was just excellent in all ways--no damage to a rather delicate item.
