Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

just what i hoped for
My room divider arrived in perfect condition, despite the el cheapo cardboard box it was shipped in, and faster than i had hoped. It is even better than the description provided, and i must send a big Thank you!

Very pleased!
I love this room divider - it's being used to section off a portion of my downstairs to be used as my home office - it looks super cool (better in person) and is very solidly constructed - and BONUS: it is made in an eco-friendly way - 5 stars!!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO!!!!!
