Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Poor Workmanship
Unfortunately, the manufacturer failed to glue or nail the frames together. When taken from the boxes, they fell completely apart. Some of the louvers were even broker. I had ordered two sets. I would not order this item again. Oriental Furniture was quick to respond and instantly issued a refund. I will shop with them again.

Great purchase
We are very pleased with our divider and the modern color. The price was very affordable and it arrived quickly. Will use Oriental Furniture again.

Not Perfect, But Perfect for Us
First thing you should know: this item came with a very distinct odor. It reminded me a lot of the smokey smell of my clothes after sitting around a campfire. The good news is the smell dissipated after being left in a large room with windows and doors open for a few hours. The other thing you should know is that this divider comes with flaws: slats that are a little askew, or have a bit missing where there was probably a knot in the wood. For us, this only added to the shabby-chic charm of the divider. If that's not the look you want in your room, go for one of the higher priced models and I should think you'll be fine.
