Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Looks better than expected
I liked the responsiveness and patience w my questions, of customer service in this company. The divider looks good, better looking than expected. It adds a quiet feel to the bedroom in which it is a fold away door to hide a dresser and a mess.

Two Tone Natural Fiber Room Divider, 6 ft.
The item was shipped in a timely manner although the packing box looked like it had been ripped at by a wild animal and re-taped several times. The divider came out of the box in one piece and looks like the picture and is a very good quality. The brassy hinges are working ok but are almost all bent away from the divider. All in all it is working perfectly for what I purchased it for.

Great Room Divider
Great room divider. I thought it would be heavy but is actually light and easy to move around. It's attractive. The only negative is that the hinges aren't attractive - otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Superb service
Excellent product, as always! :) Have been back to you multiple times - never disappointed and EXCELLENT customer service! One thing: go back to making dark hued hinges. The gold=plated ones look cheap and tawdry. If you have the older darker ones which I got on one of you paravans previously, please let me know, so we can arrange a swap-out. That would make me pleased beyond description :)) Thank you! HC
