Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

GORGEOUS
This room divider is more fantastic than the photo. It's heavy, which we wanted. It adds to our décor without being obtrusive. Our only issue was two panels sticking, and a tiny piece ripped off. We were able to retrieve the piece, and glue it back on the panel. You can't see the problem at all.

Nicer than it appeared in the picture
I ordered this divider for my son's tattoo shop. He needed a screen to use when his clients need to have privacy. When we unpacked the unit, I was surprised to see the leather finish. I was expecting a plain wood painted surface. It's a great addition to the artwork on the walls.
