Shipping InformationWe've been shipping across the Globe for over 20 years! We use proprietary packing techniques and custom shipping boxes to ensure safety and minimize the possibility of damage during travel. We have 20 years of experience shipping our merchandise all over the world.
Shipping MethodsWe use Federal Express Ground to ship all of our orders. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We ship to physical addresses only. Additional shipping options include:

Free US Ground ShippingAll of the products on our site include FREE ground shipping within the continental United States. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with the exception of applicable sales tax where required. Just select FREE FedEx Ground as your shipping method during checkout. International/Expedited Shipping: There will be a charge for shipping internationally and to Alaska and Hawaii. If you qualify for FREE US Ground shipping, but would like your shipping expedited, choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout that fits your needs. Returns ProcessingIf for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Please email customercare@roomdividers.com or call us at 800.978.2100 to get an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion. Deliveries refused for any reason other than damage will be charged a return shipping fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of issuance of the RMA number. All returns should be insured for the proper amount, in case of damage upon receipt. Please retain your tracking numbers to help expedite the return process if needed. Damaged itemsIn the unlikely case you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all the packing materials and call us at 800.978.2100 or email us at customercare@roomdividers.com within 14 days to have the item picked up and to schedule a replacement. |
