Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Looks Great
I purchased this to fill the large wall space in our second bedroom. It looks really sharp and definitely adds some life to the room. It ties in nicely with an antique gold framed mirror on another wall. I expected it to be heavy and hard to hang, but it was quite easy to manage by myself.

wonderful
I purchased mine about 2 years ago.This picture was made to be viewed from wall height not sitting on the ground as you will see it when you take it out to view the first time.Place it on the wall and its like magic.Mine is over my king bed and when people see it it stops them in their tracks its that fantastic.People think I paid a fortune for it.Everything I get from this company is first rate and never over priced.

MAGNIFICENT!
The "Cherry Blossom Silk Screen on Gold Leaf" is absolutely MAGNIFICENT! I received the shipment today and was rendered speechless, when I first gazed upon it! The workmanship is exquisite and extremely deserving of my heartfelt compliments to the Oriental Furniture Artisans. The Silk Screen was wrapped with care and arrived 1 1/2 days after I ordered it, via Fed Ex. The brocade lavished Silk Border compliments the hand-painted rendering, in such a way, that the painting looks much more expensive than it actually is. Two of my business associates have seen it, so far, and are as astonished at this beautiful rendering as I am. Thank you, Oriental Furniture, for enabling me to have such a beautiful work of art to admire and enjoy for many years to come.

Wall art
I am extremely pleased with this painting. It is beautiful and blends in perfectly with our Asian decor. Because of its large size, it is perfect over our king-sized bed.
