Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

3 panel Eudes Shoji Screen
The 6 panel Shoji Scree in Honey finish was out of stock, so I ordered 2, 3 panel screens to connect together. Both screens in first order were damaged in shipment and RoomDividers replaced them immediately. Both orders arrived fast-- within a week of ordering. I use them as a daily Zoom background to conceal my bedroom and to block backlighting. They are so beautiful that I leave them up. I love the contemporary style. I thought it might be too busy, but it is elegant. I am so happy with this option. Light weight and easy to move. Hinges swing both ways. Color is exactly as pictured. Translucent but private. I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase and this company. I have several antique, solid wood, inlayed oriental screens, they are too heavy to lift and they block the light. These Shoji's are a perfect solution.

The screen is perfect, nice rice paper and finish. Contemporary and unusual design. Great service from the company. They delivered on time. It is a striking improvement over the company I used on line with Amazon in product and service, I wish I had found them first!

5 panel shoji screen arrived on time and intact
I had a previous version of this screen for many years. I love the new one because it is so light weight but still blocks sunlight and provides the privacy we use it for mostly. The fabric is different although I think it is supposed to be rice paper. Thanks again Room Dividers!

On time and in great shape
Your shoji screen arrived a day late but this was anticipated due to the major snow storm occurring in the shipping area when the screen was ordered. It arrived in great shape due to the nice packaging. It looks great in our oriental focused family room.

Asian In Another Life
This company is reliable and service-oriented. These rice paper screens are lightweight and easy to handle, classic and yet contemporary with their modern grid design, and they are translucent -- providing privacy without blocking light into my rooms. I had had these same screens in my home for two years, then installers who put down my wood floors, tore the rice paper. I feel so happy and fortunate to find the same screens still available to me!

Quite pleased

Happy Customer
We bought two of these screens, and couldn't be happier with their quality. With a few hundred dollars we now have another room in our house! We live not far from Cambridge; the screens were shipped on Monday and delivered here the next day.
