Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Four Foot Tall, Six Panel Screen - Almost Perfect
The 4' tall, 6 panel room divider we purchased looks very nice, and seems to be of decent quality. Unfortunately, one section of one of the panels had the material improperly installed. It was not stretched tightly enough (like the rest of the panels), and as a result, the material "sags" and has a limp wrinkled appearance. It is too much of an inconvenience to send back, so we will just have to get used to it. Note: It cannot be repaired, and the only solution would be to replace the entire panel. For this reason, we deducted one star. One other "minor" issue was the fact that adhesive-backed stickers were placed in obvious places which were very difficult to remove (one would not want to use any type of solvent to ease their removal due to potential damage to the paint). The stickers should have been placed on the underside of the panels. Oh, and a big thumbs up for there not being any styrofoam used in the packing. Yeah! Despite these minor quibbles, the room divider looks and functions exactly as we had hoped, and we would recommend it.

Perfect Shoji
I have a small apartment in New York City with many wires connecting cable, stereo, electronic items etc. and they really uglified the apartment. Your Shoji Screen has restored elegance to the space beautifully concealing the wires.

4-Panel Screen
This screen arrived in very good (new) condition, having obviously been well wrapped for shipment. The design and quality of workmanship are excellent, and I would recommend this purchase to anyone. If you shop around the internet or locally you won't find (I didn't) anything near this quality for the price.
