Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

love
lightweight and easy to move around/reconfigure love the warm bamboo color I had one like this that I paid twice the price for and it was so heavy I had to give it away- this is its replacement and I'm very happy with it

Just what our window needed
I purchased this while waiting for the blinds in our new home to arrive. It provided privacy while still looking nice, allowing in light from above and has been standing up nicely. No falling over :) a win!

Nice
Not as pristine as pictured in the white with some imperfections. It is pretty and unusual. Easy to change the wave-like shape and it stays in place.
