Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Economical, sturdy, good delivery service
This screen serves my purpose, thanks! This item will continue to be useful; I ordered it to test the first of several locations where I need window screening. The product description is accurate, so be sure to understand this is scored cardboard--one side white, one side natural brown. The scoring at the fold did crack the smooth brown surface, and it may continue to fray. If you don't challenge the fold and for the screen placement, you can keep the scoring intact. I now know how to select the product that will fit my locations! Room Dividers provided a good product and good service. They have won my repeat business.

Simple Privacy for Kitties
I needed a screen to hide and create privacy for my kitties litter box as it is temporarily located in an open space in my new home. I love that there are many sizes and colors offered as I did not need nor want an expensive, fancy screen that would be too tall (blocking light from a window) and have too many panels for what I needed it to do. It is the perfect fit! And their prices cannot be beat! Roomdividers.com has MANY options to choose from for whatever you need. I'm so glad I found them!
