Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

I love my room divider. And so do my 2 cats! It is very stable on my wood floor. I think the art work is everything I expected.

chat noir screen
This screen is beautifull! It's just what I was looking for. It's well made and the color is as vibrant as pictured on the website. The reverse side is also very pretty but more subdued if I get tired of bright. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Did I mention the super quick shipping? I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Tuesday! Very pleased!

Love it!
The screen fits nicely in the corner of my bedroom. It's easy to move around and fold and unfold. Also, it does what I asked of it...hides the litterbox very nicely.
