Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

I'm so happy with the Winter's Peace divider. It gives just the feel I was looking for in the room and functionally it works perfectly. I'm really happy with it!

Beautiful
Elegant, artful, light weight. Beautiful on both sides. Hinges move both directions making it very flexible and useful. So glad I bought it! It is only 5 ft tall, so I can see over it. but does what I need.
