- Insurance: Each order is fully insured before shipping and this cost is included in our shipping price.
Return Policy:
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.
Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
