Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Great for my studio!
It's been years since anyone wrote a review for this product, so I want to help people out. These are some things that I would've found helpful before I purchased it: Structure - Each panel is a wooden frame with 3 slats in the middle for support. Weight - The shipping receipt said it was around 20 pounds. Hinges - They are dual-sided, to a certain degree. It only has the capability to fold flat on one side, but the hinge extends the opposite direction for about 90 degrees. A consideration (not necessarily a deal-breaker) is that the bottom of each panel has little "feet" on them, but they're not super stable on my hardwood floors, so you will need to angle the panels appropriately to prevent the divider from toppling. I'd say it'd be more stable on carpet or a rug, but I've been able to work around it. Above all, this design is awesome and makes me feel like I'm walking in nature!

Beautiful
I bought this originally for my bedroom, but I ended up using it in my living room to divide the dining area from the sitting area. It is really lovely, easy to move yet sturdy. One side does not show through to the other, even with lights on behind it. Very nice item and reasonable price for the quality.
