Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

BEAUTIFUL!
Larger than I thought (my bad, lol) but realllly impressive. Colors are vibrant & images are clear, considering how large they are. Not super-sturdy, but does what we need it to do: Partition off a room, as needed.

Love the screen
Good quality printing, lighter and easier to move compared to what I expected but stands solidly; came faster than I anticipated. I love it, and get compliments on it when on video calls. I also like how it folds to a rectangular column that actually looks good in the room when not being used. Really happy!

Perfect background...
I use this room divider as a background now that I'm working from home via video. It looks beautiful & I get complimented on it all of the time. I like how I have an option to switch the sides although I haven't done that yet. It's light weight & I can fold it up quickly & easily. It was assembled & ready to use when it arrived. THANK YOU, I LOVE IT! : )

Love my screens
I bought this screen and another nature one to cover some metal garagre door arms in my home office garage. They are great! They make me forget that I am working in a garage. My decorating theme was to create a relaxing zen like work place and the screens help to accomplish my goal.

It arrived just on time. It's beautiful, even better than the figure here. The only problem is that it's easy to fall since it's so tall and doesn't have a strong base.
