Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Definitely worth it
We recently received our screen, and really love it. It came well packed and undamaged. It's sturdy, well made and perfect for what we needed it for. We especially like that it's double sided. It's definitely worth it.

Botanical 6’ dbl sided wood frame divider
Beautiful screen! Better than I imaged it to be! However, during shipment from MA cross country to CA, damage to one frame. Contacted Customer Service, (emails with Customer Service Rep Jihan - prompt, courteous response and solution.) . I am a very satisfied customer and plan on purchases in the future....

Botanical Divider...hooray!
We needed a screen to block the view of our hot water tank in our laundry room. This was just the answer and at a very good price.

BOTANICAL DELIGHT
I was thrilled with this divider and no assembly required! I ordered it to hide an air conditioner vent on the wall of my lanai. It serves the purpose, looks beautiful and is a lovely conversation piece. Every fault's a fashion!

very very nice
This is my second 'botanical' screen. Love it as much as the 1st one. The only negative is that I did not see an option for frame color. The frame on my first screen (purchased well over a year ago) is a green/mossy color. The new screen has a darker brownish color. Other than no frame color option when purchasing, the product and service is worthy of 5 stars.
