Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Well Made Priduct
We needed a not tall screen to shield a piano form a heat source. It's sturdy for such an item and looks just right.

Be careful of colors
A very well made screen, came quickly and all was well except the color. Not even close to what I chose. Choices included walnut which clearly shows as brown and it is very red so completely clashes with the room. Not even close. Reached out and was told that I was sent the proper color so the “swatches” are not true so be aware. Had destroyed the box before I looked at it - my bad and now it is too much of a pain to send back.

Great screen and great service
The shipment arrived on schedule and was securely packed, as promised, so there was no damage. The screen looks great in front of my desk area and shields all the plugs and miscellaneous things on my desk from view across the room. I love the screen and would buy another one if the need arises.

Divider to hide pet litter box

Beautiful Screens!
We received the screens in great shape. The shipping was quick and the products well packed. When we opened the packages, we were in for a very pleasant surprise. The screens are much more beautiful than expected. The pictures on site, though very good, do not make justice to the actual product. We had also made a mistake and ordered the wrong size screen - so we called the customer service to change the size. The customer service was very quick and the person on phone polite and professional. We are very happy with the product and merchant. Will definitely recommend to others and will buy again :)

Window Treatment
We bought this to try as a new window treatment and it looked great in one room but did not work in the other and they needed to match. The company was great about the refund and I'll be back here for other items.

Perfect purchase
Nicely and securely packaged, does the job I required of screening my PC station, printer and equipment, wires, etc., without being a huge intrusion. Letting the light through is helpful also.
