Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

NICE STYLE
IM VERY AMAZED HOW WELL THE ORIENTALFURNITURE.COM WORKS...THEY GET THINGS HERE QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND I GET WHAT I ORDERED! WOW THIS CAN BE AMAZING AT TIMES. THINGS ARE PACKED WELL TOO...NOTHING BROKEN. I HAVENT PUT THIS UP FOR MY USE YET. BUT EVERYTHING SEEMS GOOD. I WAS GOING TO USE IT AS A PRIVACY SCREEN FOR THE OUTSIDE DECK...IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE IT WANTS TO BE NEAR WATER THOUGH..ITS DRY....BUT ITS JUST LIKE THE PICTURE DEPICTS... THANK YOU ORIENTAL FURNITURE FOR BEING EFFICIENT AND PROVIDING NICE QUALITY MERCHANDISE I CAN DEPEND ON..I WILL BE BACK!
