Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Venetian room divider
Extremely pleased with my wooden louvered room divider! I am using it in front of a 6ft window instead of a traditional window treatment. I am happy with the texture it adds to the room. It is solid and sturdy. Using it on hardwood floors. The entire order was simple. And shipping was fast. Was surprised to see such a wonderful selection of room dividers! Will share with friends!
