Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Well made, easy to install
I ordered four of these as closet doors, and they worked out perfectly. The fit and finish is excellent. It was also easy to eliminate two of the jambs, and fit two units together to make a large 4-door unit. The dowels used to locate the tracks allowed two tracks to fit together end-to-end. The only extra work was fastening the tracks to the opening top and bottom. The jambs and tracks seem to be built of standard 2x4 lumber, so the sizing was easy to work with. A little beeswax on the tracks helps the doors move smoothly. There are no rollers; the door frames slide directly on the wooden channels.
