Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Screen fits the Scene

Beautiful Screen!
We are so pleased with this screen! We'd had a smaller shoji screen to block the summer sun flooding our kitchen eating area, which is all windows, but it wasn't quite tall enough or wide enough. This larger version is not only more effective [and far less translucent], but it's beautifully made and really handsome to look at. I only wish we'd been smart enough to buy it sooner!

Great Screen!
Love this screen! I got it in the rosewood finish and it is beautiful! Very solid and well-made. I would recommend it to anyone.
