Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Great divider
Just what we needed, light and easy to move, seems solidly made, came fast and well packed. This is the second divider we ordered for our household (the other one is a 6ft photo canvas that works well also).

Good for my needs
I needed to cover some unsightly cords - the screen did just that. Perfect height for that as well. Be aware that the screen is woven from a natural fabric, so that background is what you will get. I was pleased with my purchase and pleased to get it.

Perfect wind screen
My mother's chair in our livingroom gets too much breeze from the evaporative cooler, and I just needed a way to protect her a bit without blocking the air flow to the rest of the room. This screen is perfect! It's lightweight, the hinges bend both ways, and it configures various ways for versatility. I would definitely recommend it for a similar use.
