Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Excellent room divider!
I bought this to separate my office from the living area of my condo. It does exactly what I was hoping it would do. It gives me the right amount privacy when I am working from home. It looks great and fits the style of my home.

Pleasantly Surprised!
It was difficult to find a room divider tall enough to fit my room height and had the quality I demand. This one was perfect for both requirements. I feared the worst when the product arrived as the container was banged up quite a bit. The product was not harmed. It's light enough to position as desired without any damage if it happens to fall over. The material and construction qualifies as final features to garner my A-rating. I'm happy.

Neat Divider
I bought this divider for my deck in order to block the sun during cocktail hour. The sub hits direct in the corner so this divider works well. It is light so I secure it to the rail with cords. I wish I could find one another foot taller but if you have looked at all you know that is not possible. After use I take it down and store it against a wall. Very small space required.

You get just what is advertised. The divider is packaged well and arrives in good time. The material being what it is, you may have to mend a little here or there but all and all it is a good product, and I will buy again.

Woven fiber 7 ft Divider
The divider arrived promptly. part of the weave on one part isn't quite covering the frame. The one thing I don't like is the space between panels; it is wider than expected so doesn't give you complete privacy but I will purchase some fabric to cover the openings. Other than that it is a nice and very functional piece.

room divider
I recently purchased a room divider from Oriental Furniture and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and was asked to send a photo which I did. I got a prompt response and apology and was told that they would credit my card for the full amount and that I needn't bother sending the product back. That was so great as I was wondering how I was going to do it. They were true to their word and my card was credited exactly what I paid. I am very satisfied with my experience with Oriental Furniture.
