Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Good Quality
I am very happy with my purchase. I purchased the grey and it is a very nice color grey. The quality is also very good! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Beware of true height
Be careful to note the dimensions.. although called a 6' tall room divider, this item is only 70.75" high (noted in the product dimensions) almost 2" shorter than true 6'. That's fine unless you are trying to block a 6' high window

the color is perfect
My screen is beautiful I choose the sea foam (I thnik that's the name). It is a muted green and the texture is much nicer than I expected. Perfect. It came much more quickly than I expected too. Great job.
